Is Anyone NOT going to MNSSHP ??

We went there last Halloween (actually on Halloween Day) - we had a great time, but won't be doing it again while we are there this year. Both me and my husband both agree it's a once in a lifetime thing - that is until we have kids...

I'm so glad to see like minded people who don't get the appeal!

Why would you pay stupid amounts of money to cram yourself into a park which is usually busy but even more so, just for the sake of a few extra decorations? I'm not really into Halloween but I actively avoid MNSSHP, this is the second year we'll be there but not going. I'd rather spend my evening at another (less crowded) theme park or at DTD.

There I go sounding like the Halloween equivelent of scrooge...

I am sadly not going, but I would love to go and get dressed up. My DBF and I are not into the bar/party scene so MNSSHP is an event we could enjoy for Halloween fun. But as a college student I can't take off any time from school to attend, unless I want to drop a letter grade.

We will be attending 2 MNSSHP. As a matter of fact, we will be attending one of the parties with some friends that we will be meeting that evening. I was told that a MNSSHP is a must if one is going during that time frame. We have attended a MVMCP and fell in love with it.

We went last year and our two teenage kids had a lot of fun. But since we just went and it isn't cheap we're skipping it this fall. (I still can't get that song from the parade out of my head..."It's good to be back, it's good to be back")
