Is anyone having/has anyone had these MDE issues?

I'm having some My Disney Experience issues, I have done a search on and I can't find quite the exact thing I am needing help with.

First issue: me and my sister are connected via MDE....we both have full access to each other's accounts. I can make park reservations/dining reservations/etc for her crew and she can for mine. I added a guest to my account. She is unable to see guest on her side. And, when she goes to "add guest" and attempts to look via "connected guests" she still does not see them. She also cannot see another friend that i had added a couple of years ago. I really dunno how to make it so she can see them.

Second: I cannot re-assign tickets in My Disney Experience app. I have re-started the phone....it is not giving me the option at all.
 
Grrrrrrr.....reassigning tickets still is not working on my app. I spoke to someone on the chat who told me that the person whose ticket it was had to be the one to reassign it, which I know isn't true, because I have re-assigned my parents tickets before. And also this particular ticket is a child's ticket, so they are obviously not going to have an account. Also, I tried re-assigning my own unused tickets, and it wouldn't let me.

Secondly, they told me that tickets could only be re-assigned once, not multiple times....again this isn't true, because I have re-assigned tickets multiple times before. But, on top of that, the ticket I am looking to re-assign has never been re-assigned so that isn't the issue.

Starting to get really frustrated.
 
Do you or someone you know have a desktop that you can use to re-assign the tickets? Especially since they rolled out this new park system, I have found limited functionality in the app version of MDE.
 
If that does not work, call Tech Support. The chat agents often can't do much. 407-939-5277. Good luck.

Anytime MDE is acting up, it is a good idea to try another format. I have found very few problems on both the app and desktop at the same time. Usually 1 of the 2 is working.
