It's kind of weird as he will be back in the fall anyway.
Still, he's been hosting the Tonight Show for 17 years.
Seems like he deserves a good send off, even if it won't be like when Johnny Carson retired & we all cried when Bette Midler sang.
There's no guarantee Jay's show in the 10pm time slot will make it. I'd rather say goodbye properly now,
than give him a lukewarm "Bye!" at 10pm in several months.

can people REALLY be that stupid??!?!
I keep thinking of Darwin's "Survival of the Fittest" and how there seems to be so many of them, and there are more all the time!
