Is Anyone Elses' Ressie Not Right?

I have a problem that I've been trying to correct but its not working out at all and I'm starting to freak.

Back when the Winter Room Only code came out I applied it to my BC ressie. When my ressie confirmation came in the mail it said that final payment was due 3/24. I contacted CRO and they said they didn't know why that was on there and that I didn't have to make the final payment till my arrival on 4/14 because it was a Room Only and not a package. They sent me out a modified ressie and it stated the same thing, so I called back yesterday and again I was told that they didn't see it anywhere on my ressie on their system that I would have to make payment by 3/24.

Does anyone elses ressie have this on it and its not correct?

I was having a problem like that. The confirmation letter had one thing and they told me thier system had the correct info. However when they sent out the second confirmation letterh it was correct. They also told me the info that I got online at the website is never correct and to not go by it. It had that I owed over $5000. when our reservation never came close to that amount.
