Is anyone else not having any luck getting points at mypoints???

I e-mailed them yesterday and they got back to me within a couple of hours that my account would be credited.

Just e-mail them they will take care of it.

I get the "Check back soon" message, too. For the last 2 days, I didn't get credit either. I got the "We're sorry" message, even though I know it was more than 24 hours.
