Is Anyone Else Having a Problem With the Boards

I keep getting page not found an end up at Xupiter (don't know what the heck that is). As a matter of fact when I turned on my computer this morning, Xupiter was my home page!?!?

Any clue as to what is going on?

No clues as to the problem, but I am having them too. I keep getting:

at the top of my page and some strange stuff in my posts. Sometimes it goes away and all looks normal and then sometimes it is back to being strange.

I am but thought it was just me. Half the time when I click on a thread or try to post, I get just a blank page. It only happens at the DIS and I just have to hit back and click again.

I wonder what Xupiter is?

I keep getting "page not found..." or a blank page with only a few letters/symbols at the top. If I use the back button, it usually goes back to normal. Never heard of Xupiter.

I've been having some problems this morning, too. I thought it was just a sign that I should get off of the computer since I'm supposed to be writing a paper!

Yep...problems here too.

I click onto a thread, and I get a weird symbol in the upper left hand corner of the computer screen.

Very frustrating.

Time to go somewhere else I guess.

I had tons of problems with Xupiter. It downloaded itself into my computer when I launched Internet Explorer to try to view the DIS when there were all those problems last month. That's why I stayed away awhile.

Yup!

I get the weird symbol in the left hand corner. When I go back and try a second time it always works.

This happened to me too! I'm on AOL but use IE to view DIS because of problems with AOL. I use excite for my home page on IE, I have a personal page setup. Then one day this Xupiter came up! I checked my tools and xupiter was now showing as my home page! I changed it back to excite, but every once in a while Xupiter will come up. Ever since then, I've been getting tons of pop-ups!
