We vacation in Franconia Notch every summer, and I'm so sad to know he's gone!

a lot. We went there every year when I was a child. Nature is so cruel sometimes, I am glad I have a lot of pictures.

I never got to see it. Makes you want to go out and see everything before it goes away.

I feel fortunate that I got to see it for the first (and only) time last summer when DH and I went up to NH.....

Yes, I will miss him. I have seen him for myself as a child but we are planning a trip to that area in a few weeks and I hoped to get to show him to DH, DS, and DMIL. It's hard to believe it's really gone.
