Is anyone else not liking the online version this year? Past years was fun, you played monopoly online. This year, the 'pick a card' is boring.

And, in the past hasn't every medium or large cup had game pieces? I bought a large sweet tea yesterday and it only had advertising for the game...no pieces.

i too miss the old way of playing..it was actually like playing monopoly as compared to this pick a card stuff..not fun anymore

I do not like this years online version at all!!! It's super lame and I've only won twice!

yep just did the online today, totally blows....not fun at all. also i agree with PP i got a large coke yesterday, no codes just advertisement, got medium fries today, same thing, all ad no coke, big stink if you ask me. and the actualy paper board is not very friendly this year. in past years you can stick them onto it, now they have pockets for you to organize your little tickets. blah.

Yeah I ordered sweet tea and didn't get a game please. I asked for a game piece since the poster says no purchase necessary but they said they don't give them out. False advertisement don't you think.

the first day DBF played, they didn't have any indication of what the codes came on so he got a Big Mac meal, with large fries and a large drink. Well the codes aren't on the large drinks so he didn't get a code (he got lucky with the Big Mac and fries) so he asked for a medium instead, the gal gave him a medium cup along with his large drink cup. So yes, they should give them out if someone asks for them.....

I have entered 19 codes in online and only won 1 MCR 30 pt reward ...and only 1 free fry tab. I think the odds are way off on the game this year.

lol no.. u have to read the side of the poster. u have to send a SASE to an address and they send you the piece.

We took the family to McD's for dinner, all 4 of us ordered food that came with game pieces so I've entered a lot of codes....I've won 3 times in the online game, 30 MCRP each time and we've won 4 free food items. Add to the times DBF has eaten there for lunch I've entered at least 40 codes (he's eaten there a lot lol) and we've won 7 times, not terrific odds but not terrible either. My problem is I get those MCRP's and then end up never using them......

I thought I would comment on the online portion...as my boyfriend used to work for the company that does the online game. I'm so glad he's not this year...everytime it went down, guess who's phone rang!!

I'm not sure if the same company is doing it this year, as my boyfriend is working for a different company as a database admin, but I do know, the guy who created the online game in previous years, is no longer with that company, so I think that's why it's different. However, I totally agree, the online game is just terrible! Takes the Monopoly fun right out of it.

I miss sticking the game pieces right on the board. Missed it last year too
