We are headed there tomorrow and we're just wondering how busy it is....

Kathy

We were there Friday and Saturday. Friday the longest line we saw was for Indy with a wait time of 45. On Saturday we were at DCA all day and they longest line we saw was 120 minutes for Soarin'.

I'm not sure about tomorrow since it's a Tuesday.

We are here now and the lineups are really not bad. We really saw crowds decrease after Sunday afternoon but it wasn't horrendous even before that. We are loving it!~

Just got back to our room at DLH.

We arrived on Main Street at around 3pm today and it wasn't too bad imho. POTC said 20 min wait but it was barely 10. HM was about 5 min. Splash said 50 min wait at around 7pm... and fast passes were still available for a 10:30 return time.

We'll see how it goes tomorrow, but I'm pleased with the crowds so far... we even got a nice room upgrade when checking in this afternoon (without asking... nice!)

Just got in for the night and it was a good day. Weather was perfect and the crowds were ok. We got food quickly and found seats in the shade and rode as many rides as we wanted to. Actually the longest line was the wait for the ART bus. :lmao:

Sunday, April 12, was surprisingly not too crowded. The parking structure didn't even fill up. I think having all the SoCal APs blocked out is having an effect on the crowds this week.

Here's a shot of the Minnie level at M&F Parking at 7:30pm Sunday. Three-fourths of the level was never used!

Wow, this is encouraging! I had heard that this was supposed to be a very, very busy week, and I have been preparing DH and DS for big crowds through the weekend. I figured it would slack off for our days there on Monday and Tuesday, but now it sounds like Thursday and Friday may be much more manageable than I thought! :cool1:

Indy was a 50 minute wait at about 1 pm and FP was returning some time between 5:00 pm and 5:59 pm. Toy Story was a 40 minute wait but about 15 minutes for single rider. That was today the 14th.

The crowds sound great this week, as compaired to what I had expected. Unfortunatly, it makes me worry though...we are arriving this coming sunday and staying through next week. Now I am worried that since AP have been blaked out the past 2 weeks, they all will make a bee line for DL and make next week a crazy week. Oh how I hope and pray that is not the case!

We are staying at the Grand Californian and it is sold out! The lobby of the hotel is quite busy, but CA not so much!

Since we arrived this evening, we only visited California Adventure, and it was sparse, but it was also windy and cold. I will let you know about Disneyland and CA tomorrow!

The park was so nice on Sunday. The crowds were very light.

Southern California Annual Passes are currently blocked. In this economy, the days in which SoCal passes are blocked are prooving to be the emptiest. Easter Day was awesome!

We were at the Park for a short visit this afternoon / early evening. Around 5:30pm (I think), there was about 45 min wait for Indy, 60 min for Nemo, 60 min for Splash Mtn., and I think Big Thunder was down (not for refurb, just down temporarily for whatever reason - tech. issues???).

Main Street was busy. We are always fascinated at how early people camp out for things. People were lining up for the 6:30 street party at around 4:30/5:00.

Adventureland seemed crowded over by Jungle Cruise and same with Frontierland.

Hope this helps some,
Dreams

Today (Tues) was so cold! The morning started out nice enough, but it cooled off considerably for the late afternoon and evening. That may have impacted the crowds somewhat.

We did Magic Morning and that was awesome. It was great to have so much done before the crowds even started streaming down Main St.

We had a leisurely lunch and dinner and some snacks... went back to the hotel for a few hours this afternoon... and still managed to get (at my best count) 25 rides and attractions done today (and that's not with setting any speed walking records either).
After the fireworks the park was nearly empty...

Ironically, Simba Lot is packed everyday. :|

We were there last week 4/4-4/8 and I'd say the crowds were an 8 out of 10. 9/10 at noon. I wonder if it was more crowded last week? We got a lot done but it definitely required a plan and a FP runner ... and a mid-day break.

There were weird waits like a 30 min wait in the FP line at Splash (65 min standby) and then an hour later at Screamin' the FP line was a walk-on.

We never got on GRR because of 70 min standby waits and by the time our FP window opened it was too cold at night :lol

That's because it was very cold and windy yesterday! :)

It is a nice day today a little breezy and about 65-67, but the sun is out! The crowds are moderate! :) If I knew how to attached pictures I would show you a picture of the crowd from our room overlooking California Adventure! There are more people at CA than yesterday afternoon when we arrived!

We were at DLR over Easter weekend. I really thought the crowds were light to moderate. Mid day lines at major rides hit 30-45 minutes but the mornings and evenings were far shorter. Saturday night and again Sunday late night many rides were walk on. We went round and round on Big Thunder Sunday night without even having to get off the ride.

I had expected massive crowds but was pleasently suprised to not find such.

The weather is very cool and breezy. We were surprised that they didn't cancel the fireworks....we watched them from the hot tub at HoJo's.....us and 28 other people in a 15 person capacity hot tub that is  - actually it was kind of fun although I'd rather be in the park so I can hear the music. The crowds are crazy to me...people EVERYWHERE! Although a few cast members have said that it's not that bad. Space Mountain's fast pass return time was 10:55 PM at 1:00 pm today if that tells you anything. Most rides are 45-60 minute waits. It's still WAY better to be here waiting in line than at work for sure! :goodvibes
