Is an add-on a seperate contact

If we have on membership for x amount of points and then did an add on with the same use year/same resort, is that considered one contract or two? Can we sell the original points and then keep only the points we added on? Thanks!

It is basically a different contract. You will have the same membership number, but your add-on will have an ending number of .001 or .002 and so on. Yes, you can sell the add-on seperate or will it to seperate people. That is why our points are in 6 or 7 small contracts of anywhere between 100 - 170 points (I can't remember how many contracts we have now)

For sale and any resale purposes it is a separate contract and separate real estate interest and thus can be sold separately. For DVC reservation and banking purposes it is treated as one and the same with the original contract.
