Just throwing a different light on the OP question, what
DCL has done is stopped allowing delivery by outside companies. So if the liquor store had a prior practice of being able to deliver for guests on the ship, this has been terminated. We ran into this in Grand Cayman with the Tortuga Rum store, where they were making arrangements for people to pickup their purchases before boarding the ship rather than the delivery they had previously been doing. I believe this is the same issue that Perfect Gifts (sp?) has with their gift basket delivery.
