I never said it wasn't misleading - I believe it is. I was simply pointing out that your statement that the 20x claim was bogus is incorrect. As stated in the original article, the claim is true.

Hmmm, I wonder if any of the powerful and shocking numbers (ie, consumption, environmental impact, carbon footprint) mentioned in "An Inconvenient Truth" are conveniently misleading in the same way? It would be interesting to know.

Words have a meaning. Again, you take exception to the use of the word bogus but agree that the statements are misleading. Well if you look up the definition of the word bogus, then it is clear that the statements being discussed are bogus. Again, it is you who is wrong unless you have some bizare definition of the word that you are relying on.
