Is Air Tran just loading March & April today?

I am just starting to think about planning a trip over spring break (the week before Easter) and yesterday when I searched flights Air Tran didn't pop up on my kayak.com search & today they are...but it's looking like the "web" and "discount coach" prices aren't loaded yet. I know sometimes they load slowly and they start with the most expensive first. Is anybody else watching them for fares for that time period???

I've been watching. March was released and that fare has gone up a over $300 for us for mid March dates. The web fares went from $59 each way to $174 for us.

I am looking at going down either on Sat 3/27 or Sun 3/28 for about 5 nights...so returning either on Wed 3/31 or Thurs 4/1 but April has not been released yet. They do not show any "web specials" for either of those weekend dates right now...their cheapest non-stop flights on the weekend are on Sun. & are $214 ONE WAY!! I am used to flying them for like $119 or $129 ROUND TRIP so I don't know about this plan! My cousin just went down for this weekend - $44 round trip out of Charleston, WV - AND she just booked it like 3 weeks ago!!!!! Me thinks $214 one way is too much.

I may shop SW & Jet Blue too....see what's up with the competition. Guess I will fare watch for awhile before booking.... We'll just book an extra night on our trip until I can find the best day to travel. But I want to grab a DVC studio this week while they're still available...I'll deal with the airfare later I guess. Today does NOT look like the best day to book air....

I have been watching the Air Tran site all day. SLOWLY more flights & categories have appeared for March 31 (not necessarily the day that I want to return tho - I think I'd prefer April 1). ANYWAY, going DOWN on either March 27 or 28 has apparently not finished loading tho. But earlier today the web specials were not out for the 31st and now there are some one-ways for $54 & $59 which is a heck of a lot better than $204!!! I am hoping they're working their way backwards thru the month. Maybe?!

I then went over to check out the competition at SW & Jet Blue...neither of those are booking that far yet...Jet Blue is only out thru Feb. and SW is out thru March 12. So I figure they will pop up soon to catch up with Air Tran. I think the increased competition helps the $$$ too. So I will keep watching...should be soon for all of them!!

We're planning on driving down (arriving the night before Easter) with my parents. I would still prefer to fly, but we planned to drive thinking that it would be waaaaay cheaper. Well, with a 4 and 6 year old, it might be cheaper to drive, but way more convenient to fly. Right now, our plan is still to drive. If, by some miracle, we can get airfare for less than $200/person, then we will seriously consider flying. I am eagerly waiting for AirTran to release their fares. I plan to jump on anything less than $200 r/t if I can find it.

looking at traveling the same time - MKE to MCO 3/27 - 3/31
Airtran has super awesome prices for the leg home -$76pp, but the on the way down it is over $200 pp........
So i still have hope that the flight down might go down sooner than late once all the flghts are "loaded"?

Our fares for mid march have been out for a few weeks however they're holding back on the web special price..I too would like to know when they'll release these. They have them released for all of February and weekdays in March..but nothing for weekends yet unortunately Airtran only offers non-stop on Sat & Sunday from Portland, ME so I'm pretty limited.
