Is a reservation really necessary?

We were there last month and had no problem getting seated without a reservation. We walked right in. We were a party of 5 and were seated immediately. It's worth a try.

I’m wondering what date & time you were there? I have never not waited at Tony’s with an ADR. First thing at opening? At closing? Coz at popular dining times, this probably isn’t happening.

Just took a look for fun and it listed openings at 3:15, 3:30 and 3:45 pm for Mar 4. Keep trying!

We were there on a Friday around 12:30 with a party of five. It was a long holiday weekend so I expected it to be crowded but it wasn't. I agree we were lucky.

Maybe lunch is less popular then. We have always gone at dinner. The lobby has always been packed & we have had a wait to be seated.
