Is a Dole Whip Float considered a snack credit??

Just wondering if the Dole Whips are considered a snack credit? I LOVE them, and it would be great to have one for FREE!!
Also, how about the wonderful cupcakes at HS bakery??

When I was there in February, I most certainly used snack credits to buy a dole whip float at Aloha Isle! It was my first one ever and tasted incredible!

I don't know about HS cupcakes though, sorry.
