Is a day enough at AK? Will I make our appointment at BBB?

We arrive at Disney on 11/5 and plan on going to MK that afternoon and evening (EMH that night, too). I know the EMH can be more crowded, but my brother told me that he went at the same time of year and the EMH were really great, especially in the eveing.

AK has AM EMH on 11/6 and our plan is to go to AK that day. We were hoping to go and ride the safari first, then see if we had time for any other rides before our 10:30 breakfast ADR.

The dds have appointments at BBB that day at 5:30. The CM on the phone assured me we'd have plenty of time, but I wanted to verify it with you, the true experts. I still have time to change the appointments if needed, so let me know your thoughts.....

We had an ADR for BBB at 5:10 and we waited an hour. They said they were backed up. It seems to be the case recently. Also we had an ADR at 1900 Park Fare at 6:40. So we took a taxi to the GF and were about 15 minutes late for our appointment. BBB was really busy, so if you're planning to go somewhere afterwards, I'd plan on leaving enough time between BBB and your next plans.
