Is a D23 Membership worth it for 2021?

I recently got an email offer for a D23 Membership from Disney. I have never had one before now. Is it even worth getting if Disney won't be having any in real life events. Especially with California pretty much being closed to the Public due to Covid19. Are there other offers that they give you as a member? If things change in a positive direction with Covid I might consider going back to the parks. I guess there are other virtual events that will be available apparently.

There will be virtual events. There are usually giveaways at least once a month, if not more often. You get the welcome package that has some cool stuff in it.
