Is 8:20 ADR as good as 8:05 (Akershus)?

I have been trying to get an 8:05 ADR for Akershus to try to be one of the first on line for the new Frozen Ride. I can only get 8:20. I have been using the ADR finder but it only finds more 8:20 times. This is for late August.

Will we be let in Epcot at the same time with the 8:05 people and will we have to wait at Akershus for the early times to be seated first?

When we had an 8:15 a few years ago we were let in with the 8:05s. We had to wait a few minutes but were sat fairly quickly. The back up here is getting your picture taken with Belle.
