Is 7.45 a good ADR time for dinner at Narcoossees ? Would we be able to see the fireworks easily?
Thanks

It probably depends on when the fireworks are on the night you are at Narcoossee's. If they are around 9:00 pm, then you will probably still be eating when they start. Generally, I've read that Signature meals take about 2 to 2.5 hours (it took us about 2.5 hours for appetizers, entree, and dessert).

They dim the lights and pipe in the music. When you are seated, if you can see the castle, then you'll be able to see the fireworks (assuming no one is in the way outside).

We were at Narcoossee's during a cold spell in December, so no one was outside on veranda. As a result, the view from inside was great. However, I have read that during better weather, people go outside and end up blocking the view of those that remain inside.

We had a 7.30 ADR at Narcoosee's a couple of years ago and it was timed perfectly for us. We ate starters & mains and finished pretty much just as the fireworks started. We did leave the table and watch from outside, but our server said we were more than welcome to stay at our table if we wanted. We saw a few people leave their tables and go outside to watch, and then return to their tables to continue eating afterwards.

I would say it sounds fine personally! Enjoy!

We have gone a couple of times for 8 p.m. reservations, so you should be fine. The servers are wonderful, and will hold the next course for you while you head out to watch the fireworks.
