Is 6 hours enough time for 2 adults to throughly tour Sea World in mid-September?

I am thinking of an abbreviated day at SeaWorld -- the park closes at 6pm that day but I would have to leave by 3:00 - 3:30 as I will be going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Disney that night and have reservations for dinner at 5:30pm

So is 6 hrs enough time?

Thanks
Nicole

Yes, IMO. If all you want to do is the shows. Just don't miss the Shamu show. Sometimes it's only once a day.

It really depends on your interests. My husband and I were there from 8am-9pm and still missed the rides, peguins, and sharks. Of course we also LOVE marine mammals and both of our careers center around them as well. And as for the Believe Shamu show, I would recommend skipping it as it focus on the trainers and not the whales. You can still see them at the underwater viewing window.

We go to SW alot, and we have to do Shamu everytime. The whole fam loves it.As far as doing SW in 6hrs. it's gonna be hard to see everything.
Someone posted that they got 2nd day free ticks. May want to search this out if you have the next day free. There is to much to be missed.Good luck @ let us know what you come up with.:thumbsup2

We did so I would say yes. We saw a few major shows, including shamu, fed dolphins, pet stingrays, rode Atlantis and Kracken, etc. We were ready to go after about 6 hours.

Definitely not. I have been there at least 15 times, and even after seeing everything so many times, I'd leave myself more than 6 hours.

It would be very difficult to see most of the attractions and shows in 6 hours mostly due to the schedules of the shows.I would suggest getting there as soon as they open, grab a map with the schedules of the shows and plan your day around them leaving time for the rides and eating.

6 hours is plenty, we went to seaworld with the kids and by the time we saw shamu, we went on atlantis, and the wild artic, we were just bored. we're not really fans of the animal shows, the younger kids won't sit there and watch them. but even if you did see the shows, i think you might even have time left over
