Is 6/28 Dining open yet?

I’ve been refreshing in app since 5:55 am EST and it says it is having a problem
Loading page for dining ressies. I’m also trying on actual Disney go site and calendar isn’t showing 6/28 as a dining ressie date yet even though app does. What gives?

Dining reservations typically open at 6am pacific…World of Color dessert party though has seen various times, including the early morning pacific (and eastern!) time zone. (It’s letting me see times for the 27th, so while the blue date is showing for the 28th, those likely aren’t dropped until 6am pacific).

Thank you. I thought it was the same as WDW but I read several posts on this DL forum where it said 3:00 am PST. There’s still hope to score BB yet!

It used to be 3 am Pacific/6 am Eastern but moved to 6 am Pacific/9 am Eastern a few months ago.
