How long did your photographer spend taking pictures when you were getting ready? We are using Randy and he seems to think 45 minutes is enough time. I do not want to feel rushed and I am nervous that will be the case.

Thanks for your help!

My photographer only spent about fifteen minutes taking pictures of me getting ready...it's because I really didn't want very many pictures of me getting dressed, so I put on my dress before she arrived, and then had her only take pictures of my Mother helping me tie my sash/ribbon. :cutie:

45 minutes is WAY plenty!! He will come probobly just as your hair and makeup is finishing and then take a few around the resort you are staying, same with your DF (unless you decide to see one another) and boom-- your off to the ceremony! It doesnt take long at all-- :cool1:

45 minutes would have been perfect! We had over an hour and there was a lot of empty time! We did pics of finishing up my hair and then me getting into my dress (fully covered at all times). Looking back, we could have done some great pics with less time!

I had my mom take pictures of me getting ready & saved all the professional pictures for the ceremony.

I was like a few posters said....i didnt want to many pictures of me getting ready...little uncomfortable. I just have a few of them doing my hair & me getting in the car...thats all i really needed.

I think your time is fine.:thumbsup2

Thanks ladies. That makes me feel much better. I was nervous because I bought my bridesmaids pj's and invited them to all stay in the garden suite with me the night before the wedding. I thought it would be a great photo opp. to have pics in the garden and drinking mimosas in our pjs, but I can just have a mom take the pics.

45 minutes may seem short but I think it is plenty for him take pics of you getting ready... How exciting
