Is 2016 a good year to visit?

We're pulling the trigger in 2016. I figure we will go at least one other time but we wanted to get in while the kids were still young(ish). We'll have a great time. When we come back and there is more to experience or just different things to experience, we'll have a great time too. I think it depends on what is the most important to you and whether you believe you will go back at another time. They will always be building something or refurbing or closing or whatever.
