Is 180 + 10 no more?

Sorry but I have been kind of out of it for a while. I think I read this is not how it works anymore. Can anyone confirm?

when you stay onsite you can call 180 days from your first day and make ADR's for up to 10 days without having to call back every day at the 180 day mark

Just made my ADR's for our January trip this morning. Today was 180 days from check in. I made the ADR's for the entire trip, with the exception of Yak & Yeti, which isn't available in the system yet.

yes the calculator does day july 28 hoever, IF you book a disney hotel and put money down you can book 10 days before that date which would be july 18th. You must give the cm your booking number to prove that you have a ressie with a disney hotel.

Just to be sure everyone is clear here.....the 180+10 is not 10 days earlier than you would normally be able to book, making it possible to call 190 days before your trip. You call on the 180 day mark (6 months before your checkin date) and then you are able to book up to the first 10 days of your trip with that one call.
It used to be that you called on the 180th day, for your arrival day, then you had to call every day after that for each succeeding day...it was a huge pain. Now, you don't have to call several times...you can do it all at once, on that 180th day, for your entire trip. Just didn't want anyone thinking they could call 190 days before their arrival date if they are staying on-site.

And just to note, there are special exceptions to the 180+10 rule, like CRT. Very few tables (if any, the CM implied there are a few) are available for 180+10 booking at CRT, many more are available at the 180 day mark from the day you want.

This may be true at other popular locations - it prevents people with long trips slightly before yours from having a big advantage.

Actually, that is not correct. However, you will sometimes find a CM who doesn't know exactly how the 180+10 works and will do that.

It's 180 days from the day you check and 10 additional days.

I guess i did have a cm to explain in wrong . we are going to dw on jan 24 so then what day can i book all my adr's or do i have to do it day by day?
