Is 1 person on 2 room reservations a problem in MDE for FP+?

I am listed in two separate room reservations simultaneously at the Swan in MDE. One room I'm staying in and the other is for extended family but I'm using AmEx points, so my name needs to remain on that reservation as well. They are also staying a shorter period of time. I'm concerned that this is going to be a problem when I book fast passes at 60 days. Has anyone had a similar situation that they can tell me about?
