Ironing Board in CBR

Does anyone know if an iron and board are standard in the room at CBR?
I've seen info that it is standard and I've also seen that you have to request.

Full size ironing board and iron are in every room at CBR. Also has a coffee pot, fridge, hair dryer.

Last year when we stayed at CBR we had to request an ironing board. It was not in the room when we arrived, but there was an iron! After a few requests one was brought up to us.

That has changed and all rooms have them now.
