Can I put the photos in Powerpoint and then print to the transfer paper or do I have to put them into word? This is my first time trying to do the transfers myself.

Thanks

Lori

You do not have to use any specific software to print your transfers. Just be mindful of whether or not you need to flip the image. I usually print mine using settings from my printer and not from a specific software.

You may or may not have a setting for transfer paper. I never use that since sometimes it automatically flips when you don't want it to.

I would print one image in black and white (maybe in draft mode) just to be sure that the dimensions from your Powerpoint are what you are expecting!

I don't print mine from Word. I found that the image quality isn't as good when I print them from Word as it is when I print them from other applications. I usually use one of my photo programs but I have used PowerPoint too with pretty good results. But Marion's suggestion is your best bet - try printing one on regular paper in draft to make sure you're getting what you think. Nothing is more disappointing than wasting a transfer, especially when you had just enough!
