Iron on transfer help!!

I have 3 DISigns I want to make into shirts. I am clueless on how to make the images big enough for a tshirt, and how to not have white show up. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I insert the picture into word.. then you can right click on the picture and it will bring up a menu and then change the size to what you want..


have fun.. still working on mine.. will post pics shortly.
