Hi,
I have a tee shirt with something on it already. It wasn't made by me but the type of item that is on it looks and feels the same as if it was an iron on. Would it work to put a new design over top of it if it was bigger and darker???? :confused3

LOL. :rotfl:

I talked to my craft lover manager today and she said that if I try the old design will probably come off or show through the next one. She went into a lot more detail about how it will not work but I don't remember everything. I'm not going to take the chance wasting transfer paper that it won't work so, therefore not doing it!

Well, I just ironed one over another transfer about 30 min ago, and it looks OK to me.:thumbsup2 I don't want to give false info and have your project messed up... I am totally new to this and thought I would give it a whirl ( I messed up the first one, so just ironed a new one on top). Both were light images on a light colored cotton, though, so I don't know if that matters or not.
:confused3

Ooo...good to know Macysmom! Thanks. Was the old design on the tee big? Was it darker or lighter than your new iron on?

No, it was pretty small (on the pocket of a small child's carry on tote) - a light colored cotton. The original design was light colored, as was the new design - both on light transfer paper. Hope that helps --- WARNING: I AM NO EXPERT!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
