Irish Family Vacation

Hello,
I am looking for something really specific and thought I'd ask if anyone out there could do it for me.
We are going on an extended family vacation and I want to make t's for everyone going. I was hoping for our names in the Disney font and in black making up the shape of Mickey's head with kelly green shamrocks in between our names, then in the center of his face "Connors Family Vacation 2013" in kelly green also and Disney font.

The names are:
Mom
Sis
Terence
Jill
Mac
Joseph
Carol
Casey
Joey

I gave it a go. I had to move the order of the names around to get it all to fit.
