iPod Touch and videos question?

So my iPod finally bit the dust and I bought an iPod Touch today. So far, I'm loving it! However, I can't figure out how to get my videos on my iPod Touch. I don't know if I didn't synch it properly or if I'm looking in the wrong place for them. How do I get the videos I have saved in my iTunes on to my iPod Touch? Thanks!

In the area on iTune where you check off which things you want to sync, make sure videos is checked.

How do I get to that section of iTunes where I check off what I want to sync? With my old iPod, I could click on my iPod and it would get me to that area, but I can't do that with my iPod Touch.

When I plug my Touch in, it is listed on the left and then I can click on it and change all the sync options. Is yours not showing up at all?

The software on the computer is where you tell what to sync. As it starts syncing you will have "tabs" near the top of your computer screen. Look there... I forget the name, but that is where you do it.

I figured it out. There was an ad there to get me to buy more software that I had to decline first. After I clicked on the 'no thanks' button it took me to the sync option. I'm now synching my videos. Thanks!
