iPhone WiFi calling?

I assume with the onboard wifi package that the Apple wifi calling will work. Has anyone tried this?

I haven't used it on DCL but I used it last year on Royal Caribbean without any problem. I would assume it would work ok on DCL too.

It works but look at your providers rules. It use to only work on phones that the carrier supported it and when it first turned on for Sprint customers we got a message that international wifi would still receive international charges. I'm not sure if that is just because it may have been before iphone actually supported it or what.

The way I understand it on Sprint, is that international charges only apply if you are calling an international number. Same as if you were using wifi calling at home and calling Europe. If you use wifi calling to call a US domestic number, there is no additional charge.

I don't know what wifi calling is but we use Skype with wifi all the time onboard. Only costs pennies a call. We only do audio Skype not video. But we have face timed frequently using wifi and it works great too.
