iPhone & iPod Touch App blog?

I've recently been trying to find quality apps for the iPhone and iPod Touch...but most of the apps in the app store are not very good. Apple advertises a ton of apps are available (which is true) but most of them are useless.

Anyways.... I was trying to find a blog or a website that might have an "app of the week" or something like that. Does anyone read anything like this?

I read this iphone blog daily. Have a look at the iphone collective thread as you will find that peeps post up their favourite apps

My wife listens to a podcast called AppSlappy. It is one of the many Scott Johnson/Frog Pants studio podcasts. It is pretty good at reviewing multiple apps each weeks.
