I'm training for my first RunDisney event (and my first 10k)! I'm just getting back in to running so I'm relying heavily on the Galloway run/walk method to get back in shape.
Are there any iPhone apps that will help with timing out intervals for the Galloway run/walk interval training? I've heard some people talk about using a Garmin or other device that will beep or vibrate to tell you when to change intervals.
I'm running with my iPhone, and I really don't want to buy another device.
I also have a Jawbone "Up" bracelet that someone gave me - I haven't used it yet so I have no idea if there's some way to set that up to vibrate on my wrist for interval transition periods.
