Best Buy has them on sale too. I just ordered a 32g for $224 vs. $299 at the ATT store. They'll transfer everything you want from your old phone too.

I saw them this week at Sam's Club for $119 with free activation. Also, Sam's is having a free week end. Anyone can shop there without a membership.
