iPhone 4 vs. 4s

So a few months ago, we got to upgrade. I still had about 100 dollars left over from Christmas, so I bought the iPhone 4. (The 4 was $100; The 4s was $200). My father got an iPhone 4 as well and my mother got a Droid Bionic. A few weeks after our purchases, they dropped the price of the 4s down to $100. I was a little mad because of that. Which leads to me to my question.

Aside from Siri, is there much of a difference between the 4 and 4s? Which one do you prefer and why?

4s...hands down.....

but, apple is expected to come out this year...so im going to keep my 4, and wait for iphone 5.
