iPad owners who have stayed at WL

Has anyone who owns an original iPad fit it in the safe in the WL rooms? Also, do he have free wi fi in the rooms and lobby? Thanks.

They did have free wifi in the room when we were there in November .... I never tried to put it in the safe though ... I just left it on the table plugged into the charger and never had an issues.

I was just there till this past Monday. I have my iPad2 in a leather case that swivels the screen (so it's a little thicker than just the iPad, so you can gauge)

If you stand it against the back wall on it's side it fits fine, though there's not a ton of space in there. We were able to fit our wallets, my iPad, our dress watches (during the day) and loose jewelry...I doubt much more would have fit.

And yep - free WiFi all through the hotel (we were looking at booking our next visit from the lobby of the WL, and I actually signed a couple of documents from my iPad while there - so it works well). Just a tip: I found a need to make sure you re-sign on to the WiFi each time you power off and on. Otherise, no worries.
