Just a FYI I called all the Targets around my area and they were all sold out. A couple of them are expecting a shipment Wednesday or Thursday. They won't give out rainchecks since it's on sale.

Walmart will price match, my mom went there this afternoon and got hers and they had plenty in stock.

According to posters on slickdeals, people have been able to pm at Walmart and Staples. Staples has a $20 off a tablet coupon in their ad so many have been able to get the $199 pm and then the $20 off coupon applied after that.

My son did this last night. Took the flyer to Walmart and they price matched. Best Buy is also down the road and they would've done the same thing. We live in Knoxville, by the way, in case anyone is near this area and wants to do the same.

I just purchased the I-Pad from Staples by price matching Target's price. They would not take the additional $20.00 off for the coupon, but the total cost came to $211.99 including tax.

I was signed up for the Staples Rewards, so I will be getting $10.00 rewards for my purchase.

Good deal.
