Welcome to the world of iPad! I love the kindle app. I have so many apps on mine including face book, angry birds, newspapers, I also download all my monthly magazines too.
I ordered my ipad 2 this week as well and I plan to download some of the games I enjoy playing on my iphone which I think will be better on the larger screen such as Angry Birds, Flight Control, Where's Wally? and Tetris. I also plan on dowloading the kindle app and some apps to edit photos with. I can't wait for mine to arrive.
I use quite a few productivity apps and the troops are great lovers of the games. DW has added a few more games eg Scrabble, Blockus to help pass the time while travelling to Florida.
It is easier to post up screen shots. Hopefully this works from the iPad
I only got my iPad on Friday and I have the Kindle app, a chess app and a Facebook app. I was also recommended an app called Pages, which I will check out. Apparently it is a word processor, but also gives you the option to add photos. This sounds perfect for my trip reports.
You would be surprised. They are surprisingly versatile. I love the backlit screen for reading ebooks and have used it to browse the internet, play chess, listen to some music and watch YouTube videos.
Thanks for that. I still think it might be worth investing in this. At the moment I use Notes for doing my trip reports on the go, but I think Pages may be more versatile.
Think Pete summed it up perfectly when he said the iPad is a gift from Jesus! I love mine. Take it everywhere. I really would love to see an e-ticket app specifically for it though....
