iOS 8 problems

There seem to be major compatibility issues with the new phone iOS. Pages don't scroll down when you're writing a post and you can't see what you're typing. You quote someone in a reply and you can't even see the first word you write. App update urgently needed. Thanks!

And I forgot to add, when you post it often gives you a "form data already submitted" "this is a duplicate post" error. As per above. Kinda ironic it did this on the tech support page.

I have read some reports of similar problems with MDE, also. Posters recommend that you do an uninstall and then re-install. After they do that, everything is OK again.

Has anyone tried that yet with the Disboards app?

Same here, nearly every post triggers the "this is a duplicate post" error.

Thanks for the input Carol, but at least the typing problem isn't a glitch, it is that the app doesn't accommodate the larger keyboard area required by the new iOS now that it places the suggested words above the traditional keyboard. That places the words over where you usually see your typing when posting to Disboards either in a long message or in quoting someone else in reply. Is anyone from tech support reading this to advise if an app update is coming out soon???

If you swipe down on the grey area with the predictive words, that box will minimize & you should be able to see what you're typing. If you want to get that text area back, just swipe up on the grey line above your keyboard

Update iOS 8.1 has improved page loading and slow speed for me
