IOA/USO Thurs, Fri, Sat, WHICH DAYS?

Which days are historically busier in USO and IOA, We will be ther on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in september... I wantto plan dinner, but not sure which park I will be in on which day !

By the way... Mythos and Lombard's are my 2 top choices.. what do you think?

It won't matter.
September has light crowds, plus you are staying onsite.
As for dinner, I'd almost suspect that Mythos will close early during the week. You won't need a reservation, but you may need to eat at 3pm as a late lunch.
You'll have to check with guest services to see when they will close, or just walk by and ask.

I would most definitely recommend eating at one of the restaurants in CityWalk. Like Emerils. You won't regret it.

Finnegans at USO is well worth a visit great menu & atmosphere

Mythos is great.
We had bad service at Lombard's once.
