IOA/US Motion Sickness rating scale

I drive down to the US before my cruise and get Bonine or Meclizine. I have enough from last year for US/IoA this year. It says non-drowsy but I take it at night when I'm on a cruise (starting the night before). I have had no problems sleeping while taking it.

Meclizine is also sold as Less Drowsy Dramamine.
I'm really nervous for USO as Star Tours was horrible for me and Soarin' gets me a little but I still love it. Definitely planning to take meclizine and get some patches called in before our trip. I love rollercoasters, but fast spinning and screens get me quick.
