Hi all and thanks for your opinions. We'll be making our way to the world in late April with our two boys 5yrs and 2yrs. Staying offsite, getting a 4 day pass for each of us and plan on going to MGM, MK, AK, and letting the 5 yr old pick his favorite park to return to on the last day. Our vacation time will leave us one day to play with, and we're thinking of using that day to (gasp) another park not on WDW.

Any experience with the 3 other parks?? Best for little boys? My 5 year old isn't much of a "daredevil", so we don't need a lot of thrill rides, but I don't think he'd like sitting in shows all day either. He does like "superheros", but I don't think he's tall enough for the new Spiderman ride. Thanks again

By the sounds of it, I would say SeaWorld would be your best bet. There is loads to do there (not just shows), the boys can interact with some of the animals and the park's not that big so hopefully they won't get too tired.

USF and IOA are great but, if your kids don't really do thrills, there is probably not much there to appeal.

No doubt somebody will disagree with me at this point but, if it was me, although I love the thrilss myself, for the kids' sake I would opt for SeaWorld.

The guide book I just finished reading on US/IOA was very informative and surprising.... I didn't realize how much there was for littler ones to do. I think it's IOA with 3 interactive areas and (water included), Toon Lagon, Dr. Suess land, some water rides and such. Animal Planet show, Spiderman is 40" height requirement. USF has Nickelodeon studios with Jimmy Neutron ride and a Shrek 4D show, ET ride, Fievel's playland. If they are into videogames, Men In Black is a video-game ride. As for Sea World, I really can't help you there as I've never been there! Here's some links that might help you....

I'm only planning our trip for next year, and I found these to be helpful!
Good luck with your planning!
