IOA, FOTL and UT Question

Hi.
Can anyone confirm if I can do this:

Purchase one day IOA ticket from UT?...Yes.
Purchase FOTL from Universal....Yes.

Now, can I use the FOTL from Universal with the IOA ticket or do they have to both be purchased together?

You can purchase the park tickets from UT but I would never advise purchasing the Express Plus pass prior to your trip. You should always wait until you arrive and see what the lines are like as the EP's are non-refundable.

We are going over Easter Break so I am betting the house it will be extremely crowded.
I would like to have all tickets as to avoid any lines we possibly can.

If you're going during Spring Break....good luck to you! Been there...done that...never again!

I would strongly advise you getting to the gate no later than 8:30am..you can do some of the more popular attractions before the lines get too bad.

Keep in mind...The Rockit at the Studios does not currently offer Express access and if Harry Potter is open by then, there is speculation on whether you can use the Express Plus pass for the new ride...probably not.

Thank you. The ONLY reason we are going at this time was my dd was in a HS softball tournament and it is also the real week, without trading, we have our t/s unit at Orange Lake Country Club. We are treating this more like
an Orlando vacation than Disney trip but my sil and dd-16 really want to do IOA, so they are going to go alone.
They are only doing IOA.

the EPP that you can buy are only valid to do each ride/attraction once.
