invoice help

help. Im making out an invoice and I need to know how much NYS tax would be on $500.

Did you try Googling New York Department of Revenue or state sales tax? Also, city sales tax for the city where the item is being sent/delivered, and whether items shipped from out of state have to collect sales tax for that city?

Also, you need the Department of Revenue site anyway - so you can get the information on how to submit the sales tax you collect to the state.
