Invitations by Dawn? or others?

Hi all,
I'm wayyyy behind on ordering my invites. DF and I finally decided on

IBD calls them "dreams come true" but I've seen other sites calling the "wedding proclamation".

We will do rush shipping so I'm sure it'll be an arm and a leg no matter where we order them.

IBD has the lowest displayed price; they also have the thank you cards and I may or may not want them (I do want the reception and respond). They also allow combination lettering (fairytaleweddings.com didn't have it as an option on the ordering screen).

Anyone use this company, and is the quality good (were you happy with how everything turned out)? Or is there another store you liked?

I'm working with Shelley on fairytaleweddings.com on our invitations. If you email her directly (her email is on the "contact us" link), she will do anything you want... including the font, the text color and size, the picture. I think she would even design something new. When I paid for the invitations, the one thing that surprised me the the price was the "Disney Licencing Fee" for everything. Apparently, they have to pay Disney to use their copyrighted images (I suppose that makes sense).

One thing I should tell you is that getting these specialty invites done has been really slow. I told her, "My wedding is not until October, so it's no hurry." She's really not hurrying. How seriously did she take me with it's no hurry? It's been a little over 2 months for something I picked off of her website and it's still not here. Sooo, if you told her I must have this by x date, I'm not sure what would happen.

I've worked with Invitations by Dawn on a few different projects, and they were more than willing to work with me on anything I wanted. Just because it specifically says one or two fonts together, if you ask them, they'll modify it.

I also really love how Dawn has the different lines that you can fill in and an automatic preview pane.

Getting samples from them takes forever, but the end product is done very quickly.

I am using Shelley also and she has been awesome for me. She will really work with you to keep you in your budget.
