Invitation Inserts???

Hello Disney Brides and Grooms...

I need some help, I have no idea what information to mail my guest along with the invitation...

Besides an RSVP card, what other info do you include.

We are paying for the guests hotel stay so I guess I should tell them that atleast but what else???


Any ideas???

I would include a schedule of events for your wedding celebration (dessert party/welcome party, ceremony, reception, whatever other group activities you have planned) and info about transportation (where people will be picked up/times/etc.)

I included a map of the wedding locations like the WP and Ariels. And I included an accommodations card that explained how to book a wdw hotel with a discount. Since you are paying for their hotels I would include that info along with the actual hotel info like address, check in dates, etc...
