Inventory Control just called about the 08/19/06 cruise

I faxed over a request many months ago for the Walt Suite and just received a call stating that there was a Cat 2 available.

I think they got my request mixed up because I clearly wrote on the fax Walt E. Disney suite in the summer of '06.

Well, no big deal, but I thought others might be interested that I passed on the Cat 2 and it is still up for grabs.

Perhaps, but it sure seemed that they thought I requested a Cat 2 and not a Cat 1. Either way, I was put back on the wait list for a Cat 1.

Thats a bummer.....The good news is...we have the Roy Suite on that cruise!!

Good luck getting you request....Maybe we will be across the hall from each other on that cruise!!

They may just have offered what was available. we were waitlisted for a cat 1 last summer and were given a cat --one month before cruise we were upgraded to cat1. I'd take the cat 2 if the 1 is not available!!

In all honesty we usually cruise in a Cat 5 or 6 depending on availability. My family of four really doesn't need that much room nor luxury, but just for fun I wanted to "shoot for the moon" and request the Walt E. Disney 8030 suite.

I am not necessarily interested in the luxury of a Cat 1, 2 or 3 I just wanted to stay in the suite named after Walt so even if I was offered the Roy suite I would turn it down.

I am in no hurry and I will try again and maybe one day my family will get a chance to go.

I know what you mean. If I was going to cruise in a Cat 1, I'd want the Walt Disney suite, too. I realize that the 2 suites are almost the same, but it'd be awesome to say we cruised in the Walt Disney suite!

I am sure that the Roy Disney suite is awesome too, and if I wanted to cruise a certain date and they only had the Roy suite, I'd be thrilled and take it, but I agree that there's just something special about the WALT Disney suite!

Buddy Bear......I love your explanation and reasoning!!! I think we're going Cat 9 on that cruise. (I'm getting confused, as I'm still trying to figure out what we're doing in 2005.) How's the baby?? Is she getting ready to walk yet?? Tell her Emilie says "hi". They'll be running and jumping when they meet again!!
