Its a great restaurant with all the kinds of food you like.Meat, pasta, fish and the desserts are jummie jummie

The Inventions Buffet costs 46 euros per person and the price does not include any beverages. However, there are plenty of characters that visit your table (Mickey, Goofy, Pluto, Chip & Dale). I had dined there on Aug. 9th and had a wonderful time. You can also order a birthday cake ("gateau") for an additional 22 euros if you are celebrating a birthday. (It's a small chocolate cake with chocolate icing and candles).

From what I recall, there were plenty of appetizers (cheeses, thinly sliced cold meats), salads, mounds of cooked shrimp & crayfish, hot foods (lamb chops, carved meats, mini-burgers, fried fish, frites in the shape of smiley faces, pasta with sauce), fresh fruits like canteloupe and strawberries, and desserts (various cakes and sweets, sherbet pops, ice cream cones), and candy.

Hope this helps.

We've eaten here twice and I think it is worth every penny. There is so much choice. :)

Hi, thank you everyone, will give it a try next time as we have plenty of time to do it as well as Cafe Mickey.

My only comment would be dont go too late. We took the last possible reservation time and they were clearing things away as we were still eating. It was a shame as it is a great place to eat.

I would definitely agree with this - we took the 6.30 slot and were fine but by about 8.30 in was packed. This is such a good restaurant and the food is amazing!

I'm sure I should know this but where is Inventions??

It is on the first floor of the Disneyland Hotel. If you are lucky you'll get seated with a view into the park and the castle :)

We have been very lucky and have been given this both times, funnily enough the same table! Perhaps it helps that Francesca wore her Cinderella dress both times as each time the CM seating us said she must seat the princess at her throne! :goodvibes

I'd agree with the early start option. We went at 6.30pm and had fresh food and all the characters to ourselves for a period. (Not great for us as DD was scared of characters) but a real bonus to most folks !

If DD is more into characters I'd definitely go back.

I am looking forward to going, It will be nice to try something new. we usually eat at about 6.30pm with dd.

We had breakfast at inventions in July and the restaurant looked nice, we never got sat near a window though. :sad2:

Hi

We intend to eat here during our trip in December and 6.30 is perfect for our two toddlers.

Can I just check though - 46 euros Per person. Do they do a child price :confused3

My two will hardly eat anything expecially if there are characters around!

Please tell me they get a reduction.........

Janet x

Good news , our dd (almost 3) was not charged for at all :thumbsup2

They asked her age when we were seated and when we said she was almost three they stated straight away her meal would be free.

I seem to recall it was about €23 for the over 3's.
