My feet are already hurting thinking about it. I don't know how you women do it. Can I be an ultra modern cowboy with sneakers or workboots? Of course the heels would make me look taller and more svelt.

As far as DM, I think he should dress like Michael Jackson. That way he can wear the mask over his face and protect his true identity.
